<p>Of course, this area is home to the University of New Mexico (its Zimmerman Library is pictured left), the scenic <a href="http://www.expertrealestatetalk.com/blog/2007/11/27/albuquerque-nm-unm-duck-pond/" target="_blank">Duck Pond</a>, Popejoy Theater, and the University Hospital.  The historic Nob Hill district boasts award-winning dining establishments and some of the hippest boutiques. Along this part of Central Avenue, you&#8217;ll take in arts and crafts stores, new age gift shops, unique antiques, and a thriving nightlife.  Residents and tourists alike find the UNM/Nob Hill area to be a virtual mecca of entertainment!</p>
