Four Hills is delineated by Central and Tramway, and by Kirtland Air Force Base and the Foothills. Four Hills is just minutes away from Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB) and Sandia National Labs. This village began with the first home in 1957. New construction continues today, with homes in Breeze at Mountain Gate, Covered Wagon, and Winterwood. Overall, you’ll find a diverse mix of housing, including single family homes and townhomes.
The Four Hills Community offers much in the way of recreation, such as the Manzano/Four Hills open space. This part of the Sandia Foothills open space has hiking, mountain biking, and equestrian trails covering 146 acres. Just down Four Hills Rd to Central Ave, shopping is plentiful, with store choices like Smith’s, Albertson’s, Starbucks, Dion’s Pizza, and Einstein Bagels.
Four Hills Country Club is the second oldest country club in Albuquerque. Tee off on an 18-hole, par-72, 135-acre golf course. Other activities include tennis, swimming, and dining, as well as two grand banquet facilities.
