We were founded in 1994 as Town & Ranch and, since then, have built a reputation as one of New Mexico’s top real estate agencies. Because of our customers’ trust and confidence in us, we’ve grown from 12 agents when our company was founded to 100+ real estate professionals today.

In October 2004, we affiliated with Prudential Real Estate. Though we remain independently owned and operated, our connection with Prudential gives us and our customers a significant edge in the New Mexico real estate market.

Since Prudential Sandia Real Estate was founded, we’ve been committed to taking customer service to the next level. And that’s meant change and growth. It’s a key component of our commitment to customers—the “edge” we provide to buyers and sellers.

When we affiliated with Prudential Real Estate, we provided what no other agency could–a link to a network, made up of more than 58,000 real estate professionals and 1800 offices, that closed in excess of $153 billion in real estate transactions in 2005. Nearly every real estate professional in our office is a “Fine Homes Specialist,” an elite designation earned by top-tier Prudential agents–those who are experienced and active in the luxury home market.
